摘要
讨论了直线共轭齿轮泵设计的基本参数和几何尺寸的计算公式。以流量脉动最小和单位体积排量最大为目标函数,以重合度、啮合角、齿廓重迭干涉等条件为约束函数,建立了优化设计数学模型。对两种齿数组合的齿轮泵进行了优化设计,所得结果能满足设计性能要求,且具有通用性。
The design parameter and formulation for calculating dimension in internal gear pump with straight line conjugated curve profile are discussed at first.Then a mathematic model for optimization of the design parameter of this pump,which takes the minimum fluctuation of flow and maximum flow per cubage of the pump as objective function,and contact ratio,pressure angle,profile overlapping and etc as constraint condition.By comparison the optimized design parameter of the two examples with others of this type of pump,the result is satisfactory and the result can be utilized in design same module and same number teeth.it gives a theory foundation for design of the pump.
