摘要
介绍了基于Pro/ENGINEER参数化CAD系统的开发方法,同时以齿轮为例运行显示。该方法利用Pro/ENGINEER软件自带的Pro/Toolkit和Pro/develop二次开发工具,对Pro/ENGINEER进行了二次开发。采用VC++高级语言建立dll动态链接库,创建友好的用户界面用以输入基本参数;采用SQL Server数据库用以调用参数化实体的有关表格数据信息;从而实现输入基本参数信息后即可自动生成相应的三维实体模型。该方法不仅适用于机械行业典型零件的参数化,并对其他工程设计中典型零件的设计有参考借鉴价值。
The development method of the 3D parametric CAD system based on Pro/E is introduced.The system is run regarding a gear as an example at the same time.Using the Pro/Toolkit and Pro/develop of Pro/E,Pro/E is redveloped.The dll—dynamic link library and user interface for inputting the parameters are established by VC++.The table information is transfered through SQL Server,so it can automatically create 3D solid after the basic parameters have been inputted.The method not only can be applied to the parametric designingof mechanical parts but also has the reference value for others designing.
