重点讨论了采用用户宏程序功能开发链轮齿面数控加工程序的方法。首先介绍了数控系统用户宏程序功能编程的特点和应用范围,然后基于FANUC数控系统讨论了链轮齿形加工宏程序的编制方法,最后给出了典型链轮齿形加工宏程序实例。
The milling method of the tooth profile of chain wheel tooth by the function of user's macro program NC system is given.The characteristic and scope of user's macroprogram function are discussed.And then development method of macroprogram of chain wheel machining based on FANUC-0i system is discussed.A typical instance of the macroprogram is provided.
