摘要
以张家口煤矿机械有限公司1000kW型矿用减速器箱体为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了箱体参数化的三维实体模型,并对其进行有限元分析。并以箱体质量最小为目标函数,利用ANSYS的优化设计模块和参数化程序语言APDL对箱体进行了优化设计,使箱体的总质量减少了13.32%,质量减少了426.846kg。
As the object of 1000kW gear box in Zhang-Jia kou coal-mechanism limited company,three-dimensional parametric entity model was bullied and analyzed by ANSYS software.The reducter case was optimized by OPT and ANSYS Parametric Design Language APDL to make its mass minimal,and its mass was reduced by 13.32%(426.846kg).
