摘要
概述信息资源管理与知识管理的内容,从知识管理角度,论述信息与信息资源管理、知识管理与信息资源管理、知识管理与情报研究和档案管理的内在关系,对如何借助知识管理的理念与方法进行信息管理、实施信息资源管理、加强情报研究与档案管理提出了个人见解。
From the angle of the knowledge management, this paper describes the inherent relationships between the information and information management, knowledge management and information management, and the knowledge management and the intelligence study and the archives management, and addresses the personal opinions on how to implement the management of information and information resources, to strengthen the intelligence study and the archives management in virtue of the theory and methods of the knowledge management.
