摘要
采用市售正硅酸乙酯及自制异丙醇铝,通过基于金属醇盐水解的溶胶-凝胶法,制备了SiO2-Al2O3凝胶,并在远低于莫来石熔化温度下,烧制了透明莫来石陶瓷薄膜。使用X射线衍射,红外吸收光谱及核磁共振等现代测试手段,研究了凝胶及其高温产物的晶型转变,振动光谱及铝离子的配位状态。
Mullite gel was prepared by sol-gel approach through controlled hydrolysis of isopropyl alumium and ethyl orthosilicate, the mullite transparent cereamic film of was sintered at the temperature lower than mullite melt. Mullite gel and transformation of crystal type and vibration spectrum of its high temperature produt and the coordination state of aluminumi on were studied by X-ray diffraction, IR spectera and nuclear magnetic resonance etc., and the changerule of its structure has been tentatively revealed.
