摘要
高校宿舍管理是学校学生管理体系中的一个重要的组成部分，是学校精神文明建设的重要阵地，文章认为应加强学生宿舍管理，注重发挥其育人功能，要充分利用这个课堂和阵地对大学生进行教育，使他们健康成长，成为对社会主义现代化建设有用的高素质人才。
Dormitory management is the important part in the whole college management system and play an important role in the cultmal and ideological progress. The author holds that the dormitory, management should be enhanced so that it can function as an education mechanism to better help students develop themselves to be high quality talents of the Socialist modernization cause.
