摘要
便携式智能超声无损检测系统以TMS 320 C25为CPU,由CPU DSP系统、发射接收电路、宽带放大器、门电路、高速采样电路及显示电路组成。利用自适应滤波和频谱分析法提取缺陷超声反射信号特征值,并利用BP神经网络成功地实现了四种不同类型反射体的定性分析及定量判定。
A portable intelligent ultrasonic nondestructive testing system is realized with TMS 320 C25 as CPU. It includes CPU DSP system, transmitting-receiving circuit, wide-band amplifier, gate control circuit, high frequency real-time sampling circuit and showing circuit. Feature extraction of ultrasonic echo signals from defects is carried out by adaptive filtering and spectral analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of four kinds of reflectors are realized successfully by applying back propagation neural networks.
