摘要
用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对搅拌叶片进行了流固耦合分析,预测搅拌叶片的性能,给定相应的边界条件,实现了三维建模,解决了流固耦合场耦合求解的问题,得到搅拌叶片的速度、压力分布图,为改进搅拌叶片的设计提供可靠依据。.
It briefly Introduces the analysis of mixing blade with ANSYS, the prediction properties of mixing blade,the boundary conditions,the accomplishment of 3D modeling, solved the problem of the solution of structure-fluid coupling ,got the picture of mixing blade's velocity and pressure's distribution,provided the dependable basis on improving the design of mixing blade.
