摘要
系统研究了在给定行程速比系数K(即极位夹角θ)下的曲柄滑块机构的设计问题。首先,通过引入曲柄固定铰链点的位置角,建立了曲柄长度、连杆长度和偏距关于θ和滑块行程h的显式函数关系。进而,研究了设计过程中对机构尺寸参量和传动角的各种可能附加条件,并给出各种附加条件下的机构设计方法。此外,以确保解机构存在且可用为前提,分析各种附加条件必须满足要求。
Synthesis of offset crank-slider mechanism has been researched systematically according to the time ratio. Firstly, length formulae of the crank, coupler and offset distance of the mechanism are established and expressed in the terms of 9 and slider stroke h by introduction of the position angle of fixed pivot A. Moreover, all of possible prescription conditions of dimension parameters and transmission angle in mechanism design are researched, and design methods corresponding to all of possible prescription conditions are developed. Lastly, the demends that possible prescription conditions must meet are analysized in order to ensure the designed mechanism be existing and usable.
