吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗57例晚期肺腺癌 被引量：7

Gemcitabine Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment for 57 Cases with Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma

摘要 [目的]观察吉西他滨(健择)联合顺铂(GP方案)治疗晚期不能手术的肺腺癌患者的疗效与毒副反应。[方法]57例患者分别给予GP方案2～6个周期。按WHO标准评定疗效和毒副反应。随访时间1～5年。[结果]57例均可评价疗效,2例(3.5%)完全缓解,部分缓解26例(45.6%),稳定19例(33.3%),进展10例(17.5%)。总有效率为49.1%(28/57)。中位疾病进展时间为6.7个月,中位生存时间为11.3个月。[结论]健择联合顺铂是治疗肺腺癌患者的安全有效方案,毒副反应可以耐受。
