摘要
本文描述了移动通信设备自动测试系统的系统目标,介绍了系统的解决方案并对GPIB接口和VISA库函数做了概述,还描述了系统的结构及测试过程,并举例对实测中遇到的问题和因此而加入的功能做了论述。
The paper describes the goals of the automatic unit test system, introduces the solutions of system and the summarizer of GPIB bus and library function of VISA, land shows the system structure and the test process. Moreover,the problems in test process and therefore a additional function are demonstrated in this paper.
