摘要
针对固定床生物反应器通风制曲的实际,运用连续方程和纳维-斯托克斯方程,建立流场数学模型并简化为二维模型,在GAMBIT中建立实体模型,选择FLUENT5/6求解器划分网格,网格选用四边形网格,在模型的入口与出口处对网格进行细化,把网格导入FLUENT中,选择隐式分离求解器、标准的K-ε湍流模型,经过200次迭代,使模型收敛。根据仿真结果,讨论了固定床生物反应器风道入口的截面形状对气流场的影响,对固定床生物反应器的结构设计提供了理论基础。
In order to research into the ventilation of the fix bed bioreactor, the relative flow math model was constructed and predigested to 2D model by the application of Continuity Equation and the Navier-Stokes Equation. The solid model was constructed in GAMBIT. The FLUENT 5/6 solver was used to mesh the model with quadrangle mesh. The meshes are refined in the inlet and outlet. The model was leaded to FLUENT and got convergent after 200 times of iteration by using implicit formulation, the segregated solver and k-epsilon viscous model. According to the simulation result, the influence of the entry shape of the fix bed bioreactor on flow field was discussed. The result provided theoretical basis for the fix bed bioreactor design.
