摘要
我们对２７例Ⅱ型呼衰病人进行电解质、甲状腺素、皮质醇和２４小时尿钠等观测，结果发现５例病人出现抗利尿激素分泌失调综合征，２４例出现低Ｔ３综合征。
We have studied electrolyte,thyroxine,cortisol and renal sodium in 27 patients with chronic respiratory failure(II Type).The results indicated five patients had the syndrome of Inappropiate Antidiuretic Hormone(SIASH)and 24 patients had sicheuthyroid syndrome.
