摘要
综合评述了甲型活性染料及其构效关系研究的进展情况。并结合生产和应用中的实际问题,对偶合-铜络一步完成中铜盐的作用、甲铜络合物的啮合形式及其性能等研究成果进行了介绍。HPLC-MS,HPLC-DAD和Q-TOF测定结果表明,在芳腙与第二重氮组分偶合-铜络后,先形成四啮结构,在酸化后转化为三啮结构。前者可见光谱宽而平坦,而三啮结构的甲-铜络合物的吸收曲线则相对较窄而尖锐,色光较明亮。
The development of formazane reactive dyes and the relationship between their structure and properties were reviewed. According to the problems in dyes production, the role of cupric ion in coupling-cupric complexation was discussed, and the chelated forms of formazane reactive dyes were introduced. The determinatiun with HPLC-MS, HPLC-DAD and Q-TOF showed that 4-chelated formazane was obtained by the coupling cupric complexation reaction, and then was converted to 3-chelated compound after acidification. The absorption curve on VS-spectrum of the former was flat and broad, while the latter was sham and narrow and gave a bright blue shade.
