电镀层内应力是影响电镀层质量的重要因素之一。本文介绍了四种电镀层内应力的测量方法和理论计算公式，讨论了内应力计算中的一些问题。
The internal stress of electrodeposit is one of the important factors of affecting electroplatingQuality.
