胃黏膜保护剂的药理作用和应用评价 被引量：2

摘要 一、胃黏膜保护剂的概念和分类 凡具备下列作用的药物可称为胃黏膜保护剂：（1）轻度的抑酸或抑制胃蛋白酶的活力；（2）促进胃黏膜上皮黏液细胞的分泌和碳酸氢盐的含量增加；（3）促进上皮细胞RNA和DNA及蛋白质的合成，加快细胞更新；（4）稳定上皮细胞膜和溶酶体，减轻细胞水肿和减少细胞自溶；（5）促进黏膜层血液供应。临床上主要根据其自身的结构特点结合其作用机制将胃黏膜保护剂分为胃肠激素类、硫氢键类、铋剂类、柱状细胞稳定剂和特殊类等。
