技术创新特征及其对企业组织结构选择的要求分析 被引量：5

摘要 技术创新是企业形成、保持和提高核心竞争力并获得竞争优势的主要手段之一。在分析企业组织结构构成要素、结构及发展趋势的基础上,阐述了企业技术创新任务的不确定性、个性突现性和互补性、内激励性以及一体性特征,并由此指出了这些特征对企业组织结构选择的要求。这些分析表明,企业技术创新任务的特点决定了它具有很大的复杂性,因而需要为其配置有机化程度较高的组织结构。
