摘要
分析了用新一代三辊轧机开发的棒材减定径机组(RSB)的优缺点;简要地介绍了减定径机组孔型系统的特点、变形量分配及孔型各主要参数的确定方法;并对三辊减定径机组力能参数的计算方法进行了分析研究。
The advantages and shortcomings of the new 3 roll reducing ＆ sizing block were analyzed. The char acteristics,reduction assignment and main parameters of its pass system were introduced. The performance cal culation methods of this mill were studied.
