摘要
企业文化对企业成长的影响是全方位的。本文从战略决策文化、管理假设文化与伦理价值文化三个层面分析了不同企业文化对企业战略模式、管理模式及企业伦理环境的影响。
This paper analyzes the influences of the enterprise culture on the strategy pattern, management pattern and ethical conditions of the enterprises in their growth from the aspects of the strategy culture, management culture and ethic culture respectively. Pointing out that only from the enterprise culture, can the enterprise realize sustained growth.
