摘要
针对传热管性能强化实验通用装置特性以及测量数据采集过程、数据处理的通用方法和处理结果要求,建立一定的数学模型,开发了通用的传热管强化实验测量数据处理软件,通过具体实验数据处理实例表明:该软件不但能大大减少实验数据处理的工作量,还能快速检测数据处理导致的误差,提高了实验效率,为传热过程性能实验研究提供了快捷的手段。
In view of the characteristric of an experimental equipment for enhanced heat transfer tube and the requirement of process experimental data, a certain mathematic model was built. Also, a kind of common applied software was developed. By an example of experimental data processing, it is proved that the software can not only greatly reduce the processing workload, but also quickly detect the errors cansed in the data processing, which provides a convenient method and means for the research of heat transfer process characteristics
