摘要
建立矿井火灾救灾决策支持系统（MFRDSS）能够给救灾工作提供可供参考或使用的救灾方案和措施，起到辅助决策的作用．本文在分析了矿井火灾及其救灾决策问题特点的基础上，探讨了MFRDSS的性能需求和建立系统的目标与原则．结合具体矿井，完成了MFRDSS系统的总体结构与功能设计以及相关软件系统的研究开发，简要介绍了系统的主要功能，并提出了系统进一步完善与扩充的设想．
Building of Mine Fire Rescue DSS(MFRDSS) can provide referential or usable plans and measurements for the work of disaster rescue, and aid people to make decisions. In this paper on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of a mine fire and its rescue problems, the aim and principles of building MFRDSS are discussed. Combined with an practical mine, the structure and main functions of MFRDSS are designed and the software of the system is developed. The main functions of MFRDSS are briefly described, and finally the tentative plans of system expanding are put forth.
