摘要
"文革"后的中国教育管理学虽然在学科建设上取得了很大的成就,却未改变理论研究薄弱的状况,尤其忽视对"构建什么样的教育管理学"这一基本问题进行追问。为了回应和解决新时期涌现出的更为多样复杂的实践问题,我们需要丰富和提升教育管理学的研究,需要明确构建什么样的教育管理学。对此,采用"往回看"的视角,陶行知的教育管理思想与实践启发我们,要在西方的与本土的教育管理学、宣称的与行动的教育管理学、管理学的与教育学的教育管理学以及管理者的与被管理者的教育管理学之间进行精当的辨识与合理的选择。
After the "Cultural Revolution" in China, educational administration achieved a lot in the discipline building, but failed to change the poor situation of theory research, and ignored to question what educational administration we need. To respond to and solve the complex educational administration problems in the new age, we should enrich and improve our theory research of educational administration, and make clear what educational administration we need. In terms of this question, Tao Xingzhi's thoughts and practices of educational administration will enlighten us to identify and choose between native educational administration and western educational administration, announced educational administration and actionable educational administration, educational administration of administration and educational administration of pedagogy, educational administration of the managers and educational administration of the managed.
