磁铁精矿配加铬渣、钒渣生产烧结矿工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 重点研究了在烧结杯上用铬渣作熔剂,与磁铁精矿、钒渣、焦粉混合烧成烧结矿的烧结混合料配碳量、碱度对烧结指标、Cr^(6+)脱除的影响;烧结过程的解毒机理及各工艺条件下烧结矿的矿物组成。介绍了工业生产铬渣烧结的指标和炼铁生产指标。 Sinters have been prepared in the laboratory using chrome-bearing slag as flux and mix of magnetite concentrate, vanadium-bearing slag and coke breeze. The effect of carbon content and basicity on sinter quality and removing hexavalent chrome have been studied. The detoxification mechanism and the mineral composition of sinter under various technological conditions has been studied. The production indexes of sintering and ironmaking using chromebearing slag sinter have been introduced.
