摘要
将因素筛选试验应用于松散回潮和筛分加料工序的质量评价中。结果表明:①在试验范围内,与叶片结饼量和感官质量显著相关的参数因素依次为:回潮机工作蒸气压力、回潮机工作蒸气开度、加料机工作蒸气压力和回潮机滚筒转速;②将影响松散回潮和筛分加料工序的11项因素减少到4项,有效降低了试验量。
For applying factor screening in processing quality evaluation, the experiment was carried out in loosening, conditioning, screening and casing processes. The results showed that： 1） within the tested range, the parameters related to quality of lamina pad and smoking quality in order of significance of correlation were working steam pressure of conditioner 〉 steam valve opening of con- ditioner 〉 working steam pressure of casing cylinder 〉 rotation speed of conditioning cylinder; 2） the number of parameters affecting loosening, conditioning, screening and casing processes was reduced from 11 to 4, and the test was simplified effectively.
