摘要
以哈尔滨炼油厂的低温热水系统为实例,通过计算结果,得出热水节能发电的结论。
Based on the study of the using low - temperature waste heat by the refinery, and as the example of the low temperature water system in Harbin refinery, it has come to the conclusion which hot water can achieve energysaving generation.
