利用声学显微镜透视功能及测绘Ｖ（Ｚ）曲线的功能，跟踪Ｖ（Ｚ）曲线的变化，根据反馈回来的信息，快速、定位。
With the perspective characterstics of acoustic microscope and mapping V(Z) Curve,the quality and uniform of ceramics could be evaluated quickly,localizedly and qualitily according to changing information of V(Z) Curve.The paper presents a new method of evaluating quality of ceramics.
