摘要
研究了用限制式喷嘴制取微细粉末的过程中,雾化参数如气体压力P、金属质量流率M和气体与金属的质量流率比G/M对粉末粒度及其分布的影响,结果表明,G/M值的雾化压力P对粉末的粒度及其分布有着重要的影响,随着G/M和P的增大,粉末的平均粒度减小。
The influence of operation parameters such as gas pressure,the ratio of gas to melt flow rate,and melt flow rate on the powder characteristics are investigated The results show that the flow ratio of gas to melt and gas pressure are important to the powder size and distribution Particles are spherical or near-spherical with smooth surfaces
