摘要
采用从含锌重金属废水中筛选出来的绿色木霉C-1进行锌离子吸附研究,考察了相关因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,菌丝体经酸碱预处理,可显著提高对锌离子的吸附性能;当pH值为5.5、干菌量为3 g.L-1、锌离子初始浓度在60 mg.L-1以下时,室温吸附60 min可以达到2 mg.L-1的排放标准。
It studies on the biosorption of Zn^2+ by Trichoderma viride C-1 screened from heavy metal waste water. The influential factors on biosorption effect are investigated. The results show that the biomass pretreatment can raise the removal rate and biosorption capacity of Zn^2+ obviously. When pH value is 5.5,the pretreated biomass concentration is 3 g · L^-1 ,initial Zn2+ concentration is under 60 mg · L^-1 ,adsorption time is 60 min,the standard of Zn^2+ 2 mg · L^-1 for waste water discharge can be met at room temperature.
