摘要
应用加压原位红外光谱技术,在6.0MPa、180℃羰化反应条件下考察了异戊二烯、1-辛烯、环戊二烯、混合碳五馏份及脱去环戊二烯的碳五馏份的羰基合成反应。加压原位红外光谱试验结果表明,单烯烃羰化生成己醇;异戊二烯先加氢后羰化亦生成己醇;环戊二烯与钴-膦催化剂生成二羰基环戊二烯钴配合物,从而影响了催化剂的活性。
The hydroformylation of isoprene,1 octene,cyclopentadiene,and C 5 distillate where cyclopentadiene has been removed is studied under the hydroformylation conditions(6.0MPa,180℃)by pressure in situ IR.The results show that the olefins are changed into hexanols;isoprene is first hydrogenated and then hydroformylated to hexanol;cyclopentadiene coordinates with Co P catalyst and form a complex Co(CO) 2(C 5H 5)which effects the activity of the catalyst.
