摘要
目的探讨挫伤性前房积血的治疗方法和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院68例(68眼)挫伤性前房积血的治疗和疗效。非手术治疗方法是双眼包扎、半卧位、制动,止血剂、活血化淤药、甘露醇及皮质类固醇应用,13例行前房冲洗。结果前房积血在1-15天吸收,13例手术治疗后眼压恢复正常,积血吸收。结论对挫伤性前房积血患者应尽早发现和治疗。患者眼压持续不降或积血无改善应及时行手术治疗。
Objective To discuss the therapy and the clinical effect of contusive hyphema. Methods 68 patients （68 eyes） with contusive hyphema were treated and reviewed. The non-surgical treatments included bandaging both eyes, semi-reclining position, limiting movement, and administration of hemostatic, manical and corticosterioid. Additionally, 13 patients （13 eyes） were treated with arterial chamber rinsing besides above therapy. Results Hematocele was absorbed ranging in time from 1-15 days. 13 patients＇ （13 eyes） intraocular pressure （IOP） restored after surgery, and hematocele was absorbed. Conclusion The patients with contusive hyphema should be discovered and treated as early as possible. The patients should be operated timely whose IOP didn＇t descend constantly or hematocele wasn＇t absorbed.
