摘要
本文在对经济数据进行统计分析的基础上,通过建立计量模型,运用协整方法对台湾岛内失业率上升的因素进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明:台商对大陆的投资活动并非是造成台湾失业率升高的主要原因;而且长期来看,对大陆的投资改善了岛内劳动力就业质量,提高了企业的竞争力。文中还指出,岛内失业率上升的主要原因是产业结构升级和宏观经济环境低迷,加强两岸经贸合作是台湾改善经济环境和降低失业率的明智选择。
This article discusses whether investment in China's Mainland is the outstanding factor for Taiwan′s unemployment by means of statistical analysis and econometrical model. We found that investment in Mainland isn′t the leading factor causing the rise of Tiwan unemployment rate, instead, it promotes the quality of employment in the long run. The paper points out that the upgrade of industrial structure and depressed macroeconomic environment are responsible for the case, and the inevitable choice for Taiwan is to strengthen economic cooperation with Mainland.
