摘要
对Ta-2.5W合金管焊缝的耐蚀性能进行了研究。失重法及电化学法的试验结果均表明,采用不填焊丝氩弧焊焊接的管焊缝与母材耐蚀性能接近,温度升高及硫酸质量分数的增加均会增大腐蚀速率。但在实际生产中,温度波动范围内,Ta-2.5W合金管的腐蚀速率很小,可以满足耐蚀性能要求。
The anticorrosion of Ta-2.5W pipe welded joint was studied. Methods of weightlessness and the electrification research indicated that, the anticorrosion of welded joint welded by argon arc welding without filler is close to that of raw material. The temperature and the sulfuric acid density increase,the corrosion rates speeds up. But in actual production,the corrosion rate is very slow,which satisfies the anticorrosion performance.
