中国煤炭燃烧及脱硫技术的优先选择和预测

摘要 本文介绍了国家科委工业科技司和科学技术促进发展研究中心采用德尔菲法对煤炭利用新技术进行调查和预测的阶段研究结果,提出了煤的燃烧技术、燃煤联合循环发电技术、煤的脱硫技术等发展方向的预测,并对其研究发展实现时间,技术特性和研究开发途径进行评估,为国家制订“八五”、“九五”开发煤炭利用新技术规划提供了参考依据。 A survey of investigation and forecast co learning new coal utilization technologies conducted by the Industrial Science and Technology Bureau of the State Committe of Science and Technology and the R/D Ccnter for Science and Technology Promotion using the Delphi method is presented. The paper forecasts development tendencies of coal combustion technologies, coal fired combined cycle, sulfur removal technologies, etc. with a surmise of possible technical accomplishments, ways of development and years required for actualization. The paper serves as a reference for a program on application of new coal utilization technologies during the 'Eighth and Ninth Five Year's Plan' on a governmental level.
