摘要
目的探讨腹膜透析护士临床培训的有效教学模式。方法根据B．S．Bloom教学目标分类法和腹膜透析临床护理特点，制订腹膜透析护士临床培训的教学目标和教学内容，并提出教学策略和评价方法。结果课程结束时，30名被培训的护士经过考核全部达标，按时完成培训计划，能够胜任腹膜透析责任护士工作。结论制订合理的教学目标是圆满完成腹膜透析护士临床培训的前提，较完善的课程内容是必备条件，灵活的教学策略是有效措施，严格的评价考核体系是保障，还需对不同学历层次的护士要进行针对性的教学。
Objective In order to know the proper clinical training pattern for peritoneal dialysis nurses. Methods Teaching targets and contents were framed according to B.S.Bloom teaching target sorting method for peritoneal dialysis nudes, and then made out proper teaching measures and evaluative metheds. Results All the nurses who had accepted the training were successful after the training, all of them can be competent for clinical peritoneal dialysis nursing. Conclusion Proper teaching targets are the guarantee for satisfactory training results, flexible teaching pattern and effective methods are also important.
