图书馆可持续发展的内涵就是不断提高知识服务效率,其实现的关键在于人力资源开发,因此必须将图书馆人力资源的可持续发展战略提升到前所未有的高度。
The connotation of sustainable development in library is steadily promoting the efficiency of knowledge service. Because the key to its realization is human resources development, we must ＇pay unprecedented attention to human resources sustainable development.
