摘要
加强我国文化建设既要从思想层面上筑牢价值观的坚实基础,又要从制度层面根除缺乏创新力的固有"病灶,"还要从器物层面上打造创新文化的得力载体。只有这样,文化才能成为我国"软实力"的必备部分和有益助手。
Consolidating China＇s cultural construction not only needs to lay a solid foundation for the outlook of value at ideological level and solve the problems in shortage of innovation at institutional level, but also needs to create powerful carrier of innovative culture at implementing level. Only in this way, can culture become a necessary part and beneficial helper of China＇s soft-power.
