摘要
农村图书馆事业的发展水平低下,一直是我国图书馆事业发展中的一个瓶颈,而城市图书馆在馆藏资源、信息技术和专业人才等方面具有明显的优势。在网络信息技术发展的今天,城市图书馆应该利用其优势和乡村图书馆建立"1+X"的信息服务模式或建立信息资源共享的区域性图书馆联盟,以城市图书馆为中心,以乡村图书馆为网点,建立城乡图书馆信息资源共享的服务网络,为构建和谐社会和社会主义新农村服务。
Rural libraries always the bottleneck in our country librarianship developing being its low development level,however, the city libraries has evident advantages in library resources,information technology and professionals. In the developing of network IT,the city library ought to make use of its advantage to found ＂1 ＋ X＂ information service pattern or build the regional library alliance information resource,take city library as centre,the country library as net,build the shared service network of city and countryside library information resources to serve for structuring harmonious society and new rural area of socialism.
