摘要
对安钢6号高炉降低焦比的技术攻关进行了总结。通过分析影响因素,更新操作理念,采取改善入炉原燃料质量;大矿批、全正装、灵活布料、高风温、高煤比、高氧量;合适的低[S]低[S]冶炼;强化出铁出渣管理等措施,使6号高炉在2007年3月焦比达到358kg/t,比去年同期降低45kg/t。
Technology tackling of reducing coke ratio on Anyang Steel＇s No.6 BF is summarized. By means of analysing influence factor, the renewal operation idea, a few measures are taken, such as improving the material; adopting large ore batch charging,complete forward direction, agileburden distribution,high blast temperature,high pulverized coal injection rate,high oxygen - enrichment; appropriate low [ Si ] low [ S ] smelting; atrengthening management on tapping and slagging, etc. As a result,coke ratio achieves 358 kg/tin march of 2007 ,lowers 45kg/t than the same period of last year.
