摘要
汽轮机进水事故使电厂蒙受巨大损失。国外近年来已颁布不少防止汽轮机进水保护措施的技术标准。结合电厂运行的实际,制订我国的有关技术规范和标准,已刻不容缓。
Severe accidents may occur in case of water intrusion into turbines. Codes for protective measurements against water intrusion have been issued abroad during the recent years. To meet the operational exigency of the utilities it is urgent for China to formulate relevant national codes.
