不同方式去骨对颌骨损伤及愈合情况的观察 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE DEGREE OF INJURY AND TISSUE REPAIR AFTER MANDIBLES BEING REMOVED IN DIFFERENT WAYS

摘要 目的通过不同方法对大鼠下颌骨去骨后的损伤程度及愈合情况观察,为牙槽外科选择一种安全的去骨方式。方法使用种植机在3000r/min无冷却、3000r/min有冷却、30000r/min有冷却、高速涡轮钻有冷却和咬骨钳对大鼠的下颌骨进行去骨,观察不同方法对骨组织造成的损伤程度及愈合情况。结果种植机在3000r/min有冷却下进行骨磨除对组织破坏最小。咬骨钳组与种植机在3000r/min无冷却组对组织破坏最严重。结论进行骨磨除时有冷却、低转速磨除可减少骨损伤。 Objective To observe the degree of injury and tissue repair after mandibles being removed in different ways in rats and find a safe way in bone removal for surgery of alveolar bone. Methods The mandibles of rats were respectively removed by surgical turbine without irrigation at a speed of 3 000 r/min, surgical turbine with irrigation at a speed of 3 000 r/min, surgical turbine with irrigation at a speed of 30 000 r/min, air turbine handpiece with irrigation or bone rongeur. To observed the degree of injury and tissue repair of mandibles in rats. Results The surgical turbine with irrigation at a speed of 3 000 r/min cause the least injury. The bone rongeur and surgical turbine without irrigation at a speed of 3 000 r/min cause the severe injury. Conclusion The irrigation is necessary during drilling, bone removal in lower speed can decrease the degree of injury.
