摘要
采用改良琼脂玻皿法研究了5种杀虫剂和杀螨剂对蘑菇菌丝生长的影响.结果表明,不同药剂对蘑菇菌丝生长的影响程度差异显著.其中敌敌畏和洗衣粉对蘑菇菌丝生长的影响最大,其平均抑制率分别为-88.64%和-56.77%,两者差异不显著.中西溴氟菊酯和氯氰菊酯次之,平均抑制率分别为-21.52%和-27.89%,两者差异不显著.灭螨灵平均抑制率最小,为-17.04%;药剂质量分数与蘑菇菌丝的生长速度有显著或极显著的负相关,即蘑菇菌丝的生长速率随药剂处理质量分数的降低而加快,中西溴氟菊酯在低质量分数25×10^(-6)和20×10^(-6)时,氯氰菊酯在20×10^(-6)时对蘑菇菌丝有促进生长的作用,其促进率分别为+2.2%、+25.80%、+12.00%.本研究的结果还表明,化学农药对蘑菇菌丝生长的影响不仅表现在生长速率上,而且还表现在对菌丝的密度、粗细及色泽的影响上.
Modified agar culture-dish method was used to study the effect of several insecticides and acaricides on the growth of Agaricus bisporus.The results showed that there existed significant differences in the effects of various kinds of agricultural chemicals on the growth of A.bisporus.Dichlorvos(DDV)and washing powder had the highest effect and their average inhibitory rates were—88.64% and—56.77% respectively,and they had no significant difference in the inhibitory effeet.The second were bromofluthrinate and cypermethrin,their average inhibitory rates were—21.52% and—27.29,respectively,and there were also no significant difference in the inhibitory effect between them.The average inhibitory rate of fenproximate was—17.04%,the lowest;The mass fractions of pestcides were significantly or extremely-significantly and negatively correlated to growth rate of A.bisporus.Bromofluthrinate and cypermethrin seemed to have the promotion function on the growth of A. bisporus at low mass fractions(bromofluthrinate at 25×10^(-6)and 20×10^(-6);cypermethrin at 20×10^(-6),at the rates of +2.2%,+25.80%,+12.00% respectively.The results also indicated that the effect of pestcides on the growth of A.bisporus was not only in the growth rate,but also in the densities,thickness,colour and lustre of hyphae.
