摘要
小鹅瘟是严重危害养鹅业的主要疾病之一,自50年代发现已来,世界各国都在探讨诊断和防治该病的安全有效而又经济方便的方法。我们利用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术研制出11株能稳定分泌小鹅瘟病毒单抗的杂交瘤细胞系,并在对其特异性鉴定、琼扩沉淀效价、鹅胚内及实验雏鹅的中和效果及实验性防治效果测定的基础上,选择其中2株高沉淀效价和中和效价的单抗(GPA1和GPC5)进行了较大规模的(计13635只雏鹅)现地预防和治疗小鹅瘟试验,其存活率分别达到98.2%和90.5%,获得了良好的防治效果,具有很高的临床应用价值。
