金属间化合物MoSi2及其复合材料的研究和应用

摘要 金属间化合物MoSi2具有熔点高、断裂强度对温度不敏感、导电导热性能好、抗氧化等一系列的优良性质,因此作为电热元件和高温结构材料,在航空航天等高技术领域得到了广泛的应用。但是,其低温断裂韧性和高温强度较低,一般可采用不连续的颗粒、连续的晶须或纤维,也可采用固溶体合金化或第二相复合技术来提高其低温断裂韧性和高温强度。MoSi2及其复合材料因其优异性能,也可用来制备层状复合材料和梯度功能材料,还可用来制备各种耐高温保护涂层。 A novel MoSi2 intermetallic compounds can be reviewed as electrical heating elements and high temperature structural materials, which is extensively applied in aerospace fields with high technology, because of high melting point, no sensitization of breaking strength on temperature, great electric and thermal conduction, oxidation resistance, et al. But its fracture toughness property at low temperature and strength at high temperature are lower. They can be generally increased by discontinuation grain and continuous whisker or fiber, but also can through solid solution alloying or second phase composite technology. As it excellent performances, MoSi2 intermetallic compounds and its composite materials can also be used to preparing layered composite materials and functionally gradient function materials, and various protective coating with resistant high temperature too.
