摘要
通过氧指数和烟密度的测定对比研究了无机阻燃剂锡酸锌、羟基锡酸锌和氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁对软PVC的阻燃消烟性能的影响。用热分析的方法研究了经阻燃处理的样品在空气中从室温到800℃的热降解过程。分别用Vyazovkin的自由模型理论和Kissinger法计算了样品降解反应的活化能。结果表明:锡酸锌和羟基锡酸锌可作为软PVC的高效阻燃剂,锡酸锌和羟基锡酸锌的加入明显提高了PVC降解剩碳的稳定性以及剩碳氧化反应的活化能。
The flame-retardant and smoke-suppressant properties of inorganic tin compounds such as zinc hydroxystannate(ZHS) and zinc stannate(ZS) were studied compare with alumina trihydrate and magnesium hydroxide through the limiting oxygen index (LOI) test and smoke density test. The thermal degradation in air of flexible PVC treated with above compounds was studied by thermal analysis (TA) from ambient temperature to 800℃. The activation energy (E) was calculated by using the Vyazovkin model-free kinetic method and Kissinger method. The results showed that tin compounds such as ZHS and ZS could be used as a highly effective flame retardant for flexible PVC, the flame retardants ZHS and ZS enhanced the stability and the activation energy of the oxidation reaction of the char.
