摘要
研究了2,2-双(3-烯丙基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷的合成工艺.以六氟双酚A、溴丙烯和无水碳酸钾为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在100℃下反应12h,得到六氟双酚A二烯丙基醚(Ⅰ)。经提纯后,使其在200℃回流8h,经碱洗、萃取、分液、酸化得到目标产物2,2-双(3-烯丙基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(Ⅱ),总收率58.2%.用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物的结构进行了表征.
Diallyl ether of hexafluorobisphenol A (Ⅰ) was prepared from hexafluorobisphenol A, allylbromid and anhydrone potassium carbonate at 100℃ for 12 h in DMF. After purification, the intermediate I refluxed at 200℃ for 8 h. By washing with sodium hydroxide, extracting with dicholomethane, separating and acidification by hydrochloric acid, the needed product of 2, 2-bis (3-allyl-4-hrdroxyphenyl) (Ⅱ) was obtained. Total yield of this procedure reached 58.2%. Structure of the product Ⅱ was identified by IR and ^1HNMR.
