摘要
通过加热法制备了具有可见光催化活性的新型光催化剂SxTi1-xN2-yOy。紫外-可见漫反射及表面光电压谱研究结果表明,此催化剂在可见光下有很强的光吸收能力,由于N、S元素的掺杂方式分别为阴离子和阳离子两种不同的形式,故这种二元非金属改性的催化剂具有互补作用,从而提高了其可见光催化活性。
A new kind visible-light responsive photocatalyst SxTi1-xN2-yOy was prepared by calcinations. The UV-Vis absorption and electic field induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (EFISPS) had been used to investigate the photoelectric properties of SxTi1-xN2-yOy. It was found that SxTi1-xN2-yOy not only had obvious absorption in visible light region, but also had high photoelectric activity by N,S-codoping.
