阴离子模板法棒状氧化铝制备及性能研究

Synthesis and properties study of alumina nanorods templated by anionic surfactant

摘要 以硝酸铝为原料,利用十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)为模板剂,通过水热合成技术制备了棒状氧化铝材料。通过TEM及SEM分析表明,水合氧化铝产物呈长板片形结构,长径比在1:10左右;经500℃煅烧获得的γ-Al2O3呈棒状,在棒表面有纳米孔洞存在;经1200℃煅烧获得的α-Al2O3则呈现致密的晶粒串烧在一起的棒状结构,但棒的直径不呈等径状态。 Alumina nanorods were synthesized by hydrothermal technique with Al(NO3)3 as raw material and CTAB as template. TEM and SEM results showed that the structure of hydro-alumina was feature film. The ratio of its length and width was 1:10 or so. The structure of γ-A12O3 (sintered at 500℃ was rob, and there were nano-holes on the rods. The structure of α-A12O3 (sintered at 1200℃) was dense powder rod, and its diameter was unlikeness.
