悬浮稳定的履带车用磁流变液的配制

摘要 根据履带车辆的使用环境,分析了履带车辆专用MRF的特定要求。通过合理选择材料的组分,研究了影响MRF的沉降稳定性的因素。并对各种添加剂的影响进行了对比研究,以便确定最佳的添加剂和制备沉降稳定性好的MRF.通过实验发现,酒精清洗可以提高MRF沉降稳定性;硬脂酸的加入虽可以提高稳定性,但是高温稳定性不好;环氧树脂能明显提高MRF的沉降稳定性. According to environments of tracked-vehicle, several requirements of the special MRF for tracked-vehicle using are analyzed. By properly choosing components of the material, factors for settling stability of MRF are studied. And the effects of various addictives are compared, in order to confirm the best addictive and manufacture MRF with good stability. The experiments show that the purging with alcohol can improve the settling stability; the adding of stearic acid can enhance the stability, but the stability in high temperature is not good; epoxy resin can distinctly improve the stability.
