Tin dioxide varistor ceramics

摘要 氧化锡压敏陶瓷是90年代中开始发展起来的一种新型压敏材料,也是近年来国际压敏材料的研究热点之一。根据本研究组的一些研究成果结合有关文献报道对国内外SnO2压敏陶瓷材料研究发展现状作一个回顾与综述。重点分析了目前对氧化锡压敏陶瓷致密化研究、非线性弘,特性研究、掺杂氧化物的种类、微观结构及导电机理的国内外研究现状和进展.指出目前绝大多数研究集中在掺杂氧化物及非线性系数的研究,而对漏电流、通流容量及稳定性等方面的研究还十分欠缺。氧化锡压敏陶瓷的实用化还有待于在这些领域的大量研究工作. SnO2 varistor ceramics are new type of varistor materials developed since middle 90s. It is also a not topic on R&D of varistor materials. This article is a review paper for up-to-date R&D of SnO2 varistor ceramics. The densification, additives, non-linearity, microstructure and conduction mechanism of SnO2 varistor ceramics have been discussed and analysed. Up to now, most of research reports focus only on the additives and non-linearities of SnO2 varistors. However, the information regarding leakage current, energy handle ability and stability of SnO2 varistors are still very little. These information is vital for developing commercial SnO2 varistors.
